Valentines Ale
Used 2lbs Canadian Honey Malt. This site doesn't offer it as a choice, so I said Crystal 40L.

Tasting: | This is going to be addictive! I just had to drink every last drop of what was left in the carboy after bottling, and was tempted to open a capped bottle immediately! It will be ready to drink as soon as carbonation has taken place. Very dark red/brown color. Chocolatey malty, great hop aroma, a weee bit of sweetness to balance the bitter. Good lingering aftertaste. Makes you want to drink more and more! |
