Meant to be a clone of North Coast Old Stock ale. My efficiency was terrible, so I had to add extra DME (3 of the 6 pounds listed). Still damned good, though.

20 minute hop addition is really a bitterness calc for First Wort Hops. Pulled 1 gallon of first runnings and boiled separately down to 1/2 gallon. Then added back to the main boil. |
