Mash: 65% efficiency
Mash at 140° for 45 minutes, up to 152° for 30 minutes, to mash out (168°F)
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.068 11 gallons
1 lb. Molasses
2 tabs whirlfloc in boil
Hops: 1.5 oz. Nugget (14.6% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Magnum (14.2% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: WLP London Ale yeast
