Uncle Dave's Special Porter
Uncle Dave is a really great friend of mine. He's kind of a bitter old man (even though he's 25) but the ladies think he's a big sweety. So in honor of Uncle Dave I give you Uncle Dave's Special Porter.

Steep: | I put the grains in some cold water and put it on the stove. I raised the temperature to just about boiling over a 30 minute time span. Then I sparged the grains...blah blah blah. | |||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.204 | .75 gallons | |||||

Log: | I let it ferment for about 11 days I think. I bottled it a month ago. so you do the math. |
