I added 1 extra pound of brown sugar at about 15 minutes into the boil. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 5 min.) |

Yeast: | After the boil I added bout a half a gallon of cold brewed french roast coffee and 2 oz. of pure vanilla extract. |
