Nice chocolatey dark beer, not too bitter, not too sweet.
It is called 'Crude' because of the color.

Steep: | Steep grains in 2 quarts water warm to 160° F and let rest for 45 minutes. Sparge with 2 quarts water that has been heated to 160° F. | |||||||

Add 2.7 Gallons to the sparge for a 3.5 Gallon boil. 1 tsp Irish Moss in last 20 minutes of boil. |

Tasting: | This is a smooth dark beer with a chocolate finish. A touch on the heavy side, so it is good after dinner. |
