Steep: Bring 1.5 gallons water close to 170°. Lower heat to lowest setting, and steep grains for 25 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.103 1.5 gallons
3 lb. 3 oz. Light malt extract
.5 lb. Light dry malt extract
Add DME, bring to boil. Add 1 oz Cascade at 60 minutes. Add 1 oz Cascade at 45 minutes. Add 1 oz. Tettnang at 30 minutes. Add 1 oz. Tettnang at 15 minutes, plus add LME, and Irish Moss.
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6.9% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6.9% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Tettnang (4.6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Tettnang (4.6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale yeast
