Raven Porter
This is influenced by Charlie Papazian's Sparrow Hawk Porter, but LME has been replaced by DME and 8 oz of maple syrup is added. Nugget replaces the Northern Brewer hops specified in the original recipe, making the beer slightly more bitter. This beer is an Imperial or Baltic porter because of it's strength.
The name is inspired by Ravens MLB Ray Lewis because it will knock you on your ass!
