Tadpole Porter (vanilla)
Another variation on the famous St. Chuck's. Thanks to Bill Pierce for a fantastic porter recipe. We steeped six split and scraped Mexican vanilla beans in about 8oz bourbon for a week before adding to the two 5-gallon primaries after major fermentation had subsided.
