60 minutes at 154° mash out at 170°. OG was calculated to be 1.059 but after boil and conversion for temperature OG was 1.038. I was torn to add fermentable adjuncts to raise the OG but Duffy and I decided not so to be true to the original plan. Cooled wort measured at 1.060-go figure. I can't , but so far so good. | ||||||||
