1/4 tsp Irish moss,4 cinnamon sticks,2 all spice,and 5 cloves.
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 55 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: 1 Pkg Irish Stout Liquid Wyeast
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Keg: 18.3 psi @ 65°F
