Steep: steep grains@160° for 30mins
Boil: minutes SG 1.127 3 gallons
6.01 lb. Light malt extract
3.00 lb. Dark dry malt extract
add extract and booil for 60min, then reduce heat to 180° and add 1/4lbs expresso raoat coffee(previously cracked and burt in the oven) steep @180° for 15min, remove coffee and add 7.5oz dried cherries and steep @180° for 45 min, cool and ferment as normal for 5days, then move to seconday for 5 days, bottle and condition for 8-10 weeks
Hops: 2.00 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.)
0.51 oz. Perle (8% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: S05 american ale dry
