Place the crushed crystal malt, chocolate malt, roasted barley, rolled oats, raw corn, raw rice, raw rye, raw wheat in water and steep for 155° for 30 minutes. |

Add dark malt extract, 24 oz of soured stout, malto-dextrin, and Kent Goldings hops. To make sour stout, pour the stout in a sanitized vessel. Cover w/ a cheesecloth and secure with a rubber band. Leave it in a dark place at room temperature for 2 to 3 days. |
