A small variation on Brew Your Own's recipie.

Bitterness: 22 IBU
OG: 1.068 FG: 1.020
Alcohol: 6.2% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Grain: 8 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. British crystal 50-60L
0.5 lb. American chocolate
1 lb. Roasted barley
18 oz. Rolled oats
Mash: 100% efficiency
Mash in at 122 for 20 minutes. Conversion at 156 for 70 minuntes. Mash out at 170 for 10 minutes.
Sparge 170 until 6.5 gallons reached.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.063 6.5 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Styrian Goldings (3.7% AA, 45 min.)
Yeast: 1 gallon Wyeast Irish Ale starter.
Carbonation: Bottle Krausen
