Dog Hill Stout

My first attempt at producing the perfect Stout.

Beer: Dog Hill Stout Style: Irish Dry Stout
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
243 HCU
Bitterness: 24 IBU
OG: 1.057 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 6.3% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Water: Just boiled Kitts Hill's finest.
Grain: 1 lb. American crystal 60L
12 oz. British chocolate
12 oz. British black patent
10 oz. Roasted barley
Steep: Steeped all of the grains until it came to a boil.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.094 3 gallons
6.6 lb. Amber malt extract
Added 2 tsp. of Vanilla Extract at the beginning.
Hops: 2.00 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: Used liquid Irish Ale yeast
Log: I plan on leaving it in the primary for 3-5 days, moving it to the secondary for about 2 weeks, and then bottling it and waiting about month and a half to open it(like that will really happen).
Carbonation: will use 5 oz. of Corn Sugar
Tasting: Still waiting for it to finish.
