Grain: 9 lb. American 2-row
.25 lb. Belgian chocolate
.75 lb. Roasted barley
1 lb. Flaked barley
.5 lb. Flaked oats
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mash at 152 deg. F with 1 qt. per pound.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.043 6.5 gallons
Add 1 tsp Irish moss 15 min. before end of boil.
Hops: 1.5 oz. N. Brewer (8.8% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 slurry.
Carbonation: Bottle with 3/4 c. corn sugar.
