Single infusion mash grain and 4.25 gallons of water at 153° for 60 minutes. Batch sparge with 5.25 gallons of water at 183° for 168° mashout. | ||||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.041 | 7 gallons | |||||
Good rolling boil for 60 minutes with irish moss added at 15 minutes left. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1.50 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.) 0.50 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.) |
