1 lb. Roasted barley
8 oz. Flaked barley
Mash: 75% efficiency
60 minutes @ 3 Gal. @ 155°
sparge @ 3 Gal. @ 175°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.051 6 gallons
Toss in a tab of WhirlFlocT (breakbrite) @ 15min
Hops: 1.50 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
1.50 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
0.53 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 1 min.)
Yeast: Whitelabs Irish Ale (WLP004). Tube @ room temp for 6 hours. Pitched directly into wort.
