Tweaking my Snowshoe Stout recipe.

106 HCU (~37 SRM)
Bitterness: 33 IBU
OG: 1.052 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Grain: 12 lb. British pale
1 lb. American Munich
3 lb. American crystal 120L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
3 oz. American chocolate
3 oz. American black patent
1 lb. Roasted barley
Mash: 79% efficiency
Single infusion. Hit 154 degrees first time out. Decocted thnnest part of mash for mashout.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 12 gallons
Hops: 3 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: British Ale yeast in a 1400 ml starter.
Log: Quickest from mash start to pitching ever. 5 hours. I'll clean up in the morning.
