Log: | Fermented 2 weeks at 68°, then bottled. Aged in 16 oz. swing-top bottles for 6 months at 68° before drinking. | |||||||
Carbonation: | 2.0 volumes | Corn Sugar: 3.19 oz. for 5 gallons @ 72°F | ||||||
Tasting: | This beer is drinkable at 2 months old, but the truly remarkable flavors come out between 5 and 6 months old. I've never had a batch last much longer past that, and it has become a local favorite. |
