Remove the grain from the water and add malt extract. Add chinook hops and boil 50 minutes.Add Irish moss for the last 15 minutes of the boil. Add Willamette hops and boil 7 minutes. During last 3 minutes of the boil add cascade. Remove hops from the boil. | ||||||||
