4 oz. British chocolate
12 oz. Roasted barley
1 lb. 4 oz. Flaked oats
Mash: 85% efficiency
step mash, acid rest 100 for 20 minutes then, protien rest 122 for 20 minutes, starch conversion at 150. Mash out at 168.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.044 12 gallons
irish moss the last 10 minutes of the boil
Hops: 1.5 oz. Kent Goldings (6.4% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Willamette (5.1% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: british or irish yeast
