4 oz. American victory
8 oz. American crystal 120L
4 oz. Belgian Special B
4 oz. American chocolate
4 oz. American black patent
1.5 lb. Rolled oats
Mash: 75% efficiency
mash Oats at 120° for 15 min. 1 gal. add bulk of grains and 2.5 gal 175° water. mash should settle at around 155° hold for 1 hour while continuously cycling mash runoff. drain runoff and add 1.5 gallons 190° water to mash tun, recirculate runoff through grain bed for 15 min, collect enough sparge runoff to boil 4 to 4.5 gal.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.079 4 gallons
1 lb. Molasses
irish moss in last 5 of boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Galena (13% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: YEAST STRAIN: 1084 | Irish Ale™ wyyeast
Carbonation: 3.13 oz. corn sugar for prime
