Carbonation: | 3/4 tsp. corn sugar in each 12 oz. bottle. | |||||||
Tasting: | Bottled 11/22/02. Gold & Black bow, private stock cap. Tasted 12/13/02--this is so good, it will only get better with age. Black color, good head, perfect hop/malt balance, with chocolate and roasted barley overtones. Dont change anything. |
