1 lb. British black patent
1 lb. Roasted barley
3 lb. Rolled oats
1 lb. Raw wheat
Mash: 70% efficiency
Low and slow. Try 70-80 minutes at 152°-154°.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.039 14 gallons
Hops: 2 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 70 min.)
2 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Irish Ale or Special London
