Log: | I gust brewed it and put in the cellar at 67 degrees. I will post an update on this beer, I opend this beer on the Rose boal night and it was great!! not to sweet not to dry .Lots of roasted flavor some big cofee notes.Overal smooth with a creamy top. I drank this untill the horns pulled the upset . NATIONAL CHAMP RECIPE!!! | |||||||

Tasting: | I will post an update on this beer and should have it in the bottle at the time of the 2005 Rose Boal! Check the log for tasting notes NATIONAL CHAMP BEER HOOK eM' HOOK eM' HOOK eM' HORNS UPDATE: this beer has a creamy top . very well rounded with not that much roasted flavor. I had a state judge tast it and he said it was flawless in his opinion. |
