OG: 1.061 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 5.9% v/v (4.6% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
1 lb. Belgian chocolate
.5 lb. Roasted barley
1 lb. Flaked oats
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 7 gallons
7 lb. Dark malt extract
1 oz unsweetend chocolate at 10 mins
Hops: 1 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Perle (8% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast brishish ale
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Keg: 13.5 psi @ 55°F
I used no2 instead of co2 so the pressure is different.
Tasting: this beer needs to condtion for a month to really melow out.
