between rinsing the grain and rinsing the extract jug I ended up with a boil of around 10L.
Had two small boil overs. bummer. Reached target OG of 1.063!!!
pitched yeast at 33°C after adding 3L of ice water, a block of 3L ice and another 3L of tap water.
bottled August 23rd.
tasted superb even as green beer.
total volume is 47 bottles, 330 ml each = 15.5 Liters.
Lots of cake left at the bottom of the fermenter. will attempt to wash yeast and reuse it.

Second Batch:
Bottled on October 24th. 50 330ml bottles (16.5 L)
OG=1052/FG=1015 ABV=6.2% IBU=a little more bitter that first batch. Hopefully on the spot.
Carbonation: 125gr corn suger for priming.
Tasting: must get a new capper.
broke one bottle while capping it.
presented to Homeberewers meet and received positive reviews.
comments: needs more hop aroma. maybe also more bitterness. maybe also less ABV next time

Second batch:
Got new capper!
Achieved lower ABV and higher IBU.
