6.0 oz. Flaked oats
Steep: 155 degrees for 45 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.057 5.5 gallons
6.0 lb. Light malt extract
1.0 lb. Light dry malt extract
add the 1.0lb dry malt extract at the beginning
and the 6.0 liquid malt extract at the 15 along with the irish moss.
Hops: 1.0 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1.0 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: any sort of english ale yeast
Carbonation: .75 cups corn sugar for bottling
