Mash grains 155° for 1 hour in 1 gallon water. Raise to approx. 160° hold for 10 min. Sparg to 3 gallons. | ||||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.048 | 3 gallons | |||||
6 oz. Molasses 3 oz. Lactose 3 oz. Cocoa powder 8 oz. Coffee Beans |

All ingrediants but lactose added at last 15 minutes of boil. I beat the crap out of the coffee beans with a rolling pin. It's officially called course ground. | ||||||||
