Tasting: | Tasted after primary fermintation. Freaking amazing!! Final verdict: Almost nailed it. First batch in four years. Need to get better mash efficiency to bring OG to 1.080 range. Side by side tasting with Eye of the Hawk: A little more body and I'm there!! |
