This Pumpkin Ale is my 1st batch of beer brewed by myself.

Log: | Brewed 3/25/01 Boil 7 lbs John Bull light malt extract 60min 1oz. Cascade hops(leaf) aa 6.5% 60min with 10min left add 1 can pumpkin, 2 tsp cloves, 2 tsp all spice, 2 cinnamon sticks. Finishing hops 1/2 oz. Cascade hops (leaf) aa 6.5% added last 2min. 1st Fermentation 2wks 2nd " 5wks 3rd " 1wk Bottled 5/20/01 |

Carbonation: | 3/4 cup corn sugar in 1 cup of water, boil let cool and put into wort. | |||||||
Tasting: | Next time I would not let it ferment as long, but with this time frame it did come out very clear. Can't wait to try it!!! |
