Rest for 20 minutes at 122°. Raised to 150° for 60 minutes. Raised to 160° for 20 minutes. Sparged with 170° water to get 6.5 gallons. |

Added Irish moss with 10 minutes left in boil. | ||||||||

Carbonation: | Bottle carbonated with 6 oz. corn sugar mixed with 1 pint boiling water, cooled, and added to bottling bucket. | |||||||
