Mash: | 40% efficiency | |||||||
Mini-mash using a sock or cheesecloth, in 1 gallon of water. 15 minutes @110°F, 15 minutes @125°F, 60 minutes at 150°F-155°F. Remove grains, sparge in strainer with 1 gallon @ 170°F. | ||||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.116 | 2.5 gallons | |||||
