Steep: | Split grains into 2 cheescloth bags. Steeped at 150ºF for 40 minutes in 1.5 gallons. Sparged grains with ½ Gal. of 170ºF water | |||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.044 | 6.5 gallons | |||||
6 lb. Light malt extract 1 lb. Light dry malt extract |

1 Teaspoon Irish Moss for 30 min. ¼ Tsp. yeast nutrient for 30 min. |

Hops: | .25 oz. Liberty (4.4% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Northern Brewer (7.1% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Hallertau -German (5% AA, 30 min.) .5 oz. Liberty (4.4% AA, 15 min.) |

Yeast: | Coopers Dry Ale Yeast in 2-cups of wort for 2½ hours. | |||||||
Log: | Dry hop with 1 oz of Willamette & 1 oz Liberty (whole hop) in bag. |
