Ghost of 30 Amber Ale

This is my signature homebrew. I've made it 3 times and each time its been good.

Beer: Ghost of 30 Amber Ale Style: American Amber Ale
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
34 HCU (~17 SRM)
Bitterness: 20 IBU
OG: 1.057 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 5.3% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Water: Bottled spring water
Grain: 8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
2 oz. Belgian Special B
8 oz. British crystal 70-80L
2 oz. Roasted barley
Steep: 30 minutes @ 150° F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.095 3 gallons
6 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 tsp Irish moss during last 15m of boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Northwest Ale yeast
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar at bottling time.
Tasting: I might increase the hops next time.
