Vacation Amber
This is my best amber to date. Beautiful color, head retention,
flavor and crystal clear. I will definitely brew this one again!

Steep: | Put all grains into a muslin bag and placed in the pot of water. Applied heat and just before the start of the boil, removed heat, covered and steeped for 20 minutes. Sparged with about 1/2 gallon of very hot water. |

Log: | Start 5/28 primary fermentation: 8 days secondary: 14 days (could have bottled sooner) bottle condition for about 4 weeks |

Carbonation: | Used 3/4 cup light brown sugar to prime. | |||||||
Tasting: | Oh my! What an excellent beer! It was great after 4 weeks in the bottle. It's spectacular now at about 6 weeks. DELICIOUS!!!! |
