My first Batch ever

Beer: Metric Red Ala Style: Amber Ale
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 20 liters
Color:
24 HCU (~13 SRM)
Bitterness: 18 IBU
OG: 1.045 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 3.7% v/v (2.9% w/w)
Water: no water treatment
Grain: 300g Wheat malt
100g British amber
300g Belgian CaraMunich
300g British crystal 50-60L
Steep: steaped at 67°C for 30 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.111 8 liters
2.5kg Light malt extract
Hops: 45g Kent Goldings (4.8% AA, 60 min.)
15g Kent Goldings (4.8% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Muntons Gold
Log: Brewed on June 20th. fermented in plastic fermenter for 10 days at 27°C.
bottled on June 30th. managed to bottle around 16.5 Liters.
Carbonation: 190 gr of corn suger for priming
Tasting: pretty damn good!
