OG: 1.067 FG: 1.017
Alcohol: 6.5% v/v (5.1% w/w)
Water: Tap water with 1 tsp gypsum and 1 TBS 5.2 stabilizer
Grain: 10 lb. 3 oz. German Pilsner
2 lb. 8 oz. German Munich
4 oz. American crystal 20L
2 oz. American chocolate
Mash: 75% efficiency
60 min at 167F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.053 7 gallons
1 tsp Irish Moss last 15 minutes. Run wort thru hopback with .25 oz Liberty, .25 oz Simcoe and .5 oz Nugget hops.
Hops: 1 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Simcoe (aroma)
.25 oz. Liberty (aroma)
.5 oz. Nugget (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs 001 in a 1 qt starter
Log: 68F for 7 to 10 days primary. 65F for 14 days secondary.
Carbonation: Keg and force carbonate.
