Zombie Drool
Have not brewed this one yet. It is the next one on my list to do. I formulated this to be sweet, spicy with a slight chocolate flavor.

I will use a 3 step decoction mash with a 5 gallon cooler. Start with a 1qt/lb of grain 100°F for 30 min 130°F for 60 min 155°F for 90 min Sparge at 170°f to get about 6.5 gallons |
