155°F for 90 minutes, pull one gallon decoction and add to 1 gallon boiling water, bring to boil and reintroduce to mash tun to mash out at 162°F for 10 minutes, continuous sparge with 175°F water to collect 7.5 gallons in brew pot. | ||||||||
