Yeast: | Create a starter whilst brewing. Have always used Muntons dry. | |||||||
Log: | when racking to secondary--usually 4-6 days (or less) and 1/2 Knox gelatin mixed with boiled water and stirred untill mixed well. Aids in settling of beer. | |||||||
Carbonation: | 3/4 cup primimg (corn) sugar mixed with boiled h20. beer is racked to bottling container and add 1/2 packet Knox gelatin mixed with priming water/sugar mixture. |
