Log: | All hops were fresh. the aroma hops were added after 7 days in the fermentor. left in fermentor for 3 weeks before bottling. brewed on 5/5/01 bottled on 5/23/01. had the first bottle on 5/27/01 this is the best IPA I have ever tasted! |
