First Try IPA

This is my first try at an IPA.

Type:	Extract w/grain		Size:	5 gallons
Color:	20 HCU (~12 SRM)		Bitterness:	49 IBU
OG:	1.070		FG:	1.012
Alcohol:	7.5% v/v (5.9% w/w)
Grain:	8.0 oz. American crystal 40L
Steep:	Steeped grains at 150-160F for 20 minutes then removed.
Boil:	60 minutes	SG 1.058	6 gallons
	6.0 lb. Light malt extract 3.3 lb. Amber malt extract
	1/2 tsp Irish Moss at 5 minutes left
Hops:	2.00 oz. Cascade (5.8% AA, 50 min.) 1.00 oz. Willamette (4.8% AA, 30 min.) 1.00 oz. Kent Goldings (6.2% AA, 2 min.)
Yeast:	Wyeast #1098 British Ale from a 600ml starter.
