Yeast: | used Wyeast british ale III w/ a 2 quart starter | |||||||
Log: | racked off to secondary after one week, kept in the secondary for almost a month at 64°F | |||||||
Carbonation: | kegged and dry hopped w/ two 0.5 East Kent Goldings plugs (in a muslin bag), left plugs in for 2 weeks. | |||||||
Tasting: | way over the top on hop flavor, hopefully the flavor will mellow with time. next time only dry hop with one plug. |
