New Try with Tomahawk hops which seem like another type
of super cascade hop. This makes a very tasty garnet colored
malty hoppy ale. The mix of American and English hops works great.

Mash with 6.5 gal at 153° for 30 min. Remove two gallons and boil ten min then return to mash raising temp to 157° for 30 min. Sparge with 10 gal 185° to collect 12 gal sweet wort. |
