I was looking for intense hops. I think I found it.
This was very good for my first original recipe.

Beer: Hop to it I. P.A. Style: India Pale Ale
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
19 HCU (~11 SRM)
Bitterness: 81 IBU
OG: 1.070 FG: 1.013
Alcohol: 7.3% v/v (5.8% w/w)
Grain: 8 oz. American victory
1 lb. 0 oz. American crystal 40L
1 lb. 0 oz. Flaked rye
Steep: Steep grains and rye for 60 minutes in 1 gallon
150 degree water then sparge with 1 gallon
150 degree water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.110 3.5 gallons
7 lb. 0 oz. Light malt extract
1 lb. 0 oz. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. 0 oz. Belgian candi sugar
1 tsp. Irish moss
Hops: 1 oz. Chinook (13% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.9% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Chinook (13% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6.8% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Columbus (13.2% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Amarillo (8.2% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
.5 oz. Columbus (aroma)
.5 oz. Amarillo (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs WLP001 California Ale
2 step 6 cup starter.
Log: 7 Days in primary
21 Days in secondary with dry hops
2 oz. Cascade pellets
2 oz. Columbus pellets
Carbonation: Force carbonate in keg.
Tasting: Intense hop bitterness. Great flavor and wonderful aroma.
Not for everybody but Hopheads loved it.
