3 lb. American Munich
Mash: 65% efficiency
Single infusion of 7 gal water @ 170F, hold between 153-156F for 60 min.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.054 11 gallons
Add Irish Moss at -15 min.
Hops: 1 oz. Columbus (14% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Columbus (14% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Columbus (14% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
1 oz. Chinook (aroma)
Yeast: Pitch starters of WhiteLabs "American Ale V" into 5 gal and "Irish Ale" into the remaining 5 gal.
Log: Dry hopped with 2 oz/ 5gal whole-leaf Cascade.
