Steep: | Steep cracked grains @150° for 20 mins. The raise water temperature to 170° for 30 mins. After steeping is complete remove wort from heat and disgard grains. Slowly stir in extract and return to heat and boil. |

Added 1 tsp of irish moss 15 minutes prior to end of boil. |
