jungle juice IPA

This is my second batch, i will let you know how it turns out!

Type:	Extract		Size:	5 gallons
Color:	13 HCU (~8 SRM)		Bitterness:	28 IBU
OG:	1.061		FG:	1.012
Alcohol:	6.3% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Water:	used tap water from fuquay varina
Boil:	60 minutes	SG 1.122	2.5 gallons
	6.6 lb. Light malt extract 1.65 lb. Amber malt extract
Hops:	1 oz. Eroica (10% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Northern Brewer (7.5% AA, 20 min.) 1 oz. Willamette (4.5% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast:	whitbread yeast
Carbonation:	i Don't know yet? i may try force carbonation and mini keg natural?
